  9.     This program was written in Visual Basic and thus requires the
  10.     VBRUN.DLL to operate. If you don't have it, you can get it from
  11.     the Visual Basic Library (6) in the MSBASIC Forum on Compuserve
  12.     or from any decent BBS.
  13.     
  14.     Fileboy Runner 1.0 is FairWare: if you plan on using it after a
  15.     couple of weeks of trying it out, send me what you think is fair!
  16.     As a registered user, you'll get "free" upgrades (i.e. you will
  17.     be able to upgrade for the cost of a floppy disk and postage).
  18.     
  19.     Planned Enhancements: An .INI file to store user settings, a
  20.     drop-down list for your most often used programs, and a new
  21.     face to accomodate it.  More?  Maybe...
  22.     
  23.     FileBoy Runner is he first of a suite of VB apps now in the works
  24.     which will be incorporated into FileBoy, a utility to replace
  25.     Windows File Manager and including most of the features of Program
  26.     Manager and Task Manager and more! (I thought about calling it
  27.     The Kitchen Sink, as in "everything but...").

  31.     Features:
  32.         1. FileBoy Runner can be set to "Minimize on Use" so it
  33.            doesn't just disappear and thus is always quickly and
  34.            easily available, unlike Program Manager's "Run," (or
  35.            it can be minimized at any time in the normal fashion).

  37.         2. The user can select the start-up "Window State" of the
  38.            application to be run: Normal w/Focus, Minimized w/Focus,
  39.            Maximized, Normal w/o Focus, or Minimized w/o Focus.

  41.         3. FileBoy Runner checks to see if the application entered
  42.            by the user is already running (some Windows apps don't
  43.            support multiple instances), informs the user, and asks
  44.            if he/she wants to proceed (YES), go back to try again
  45.            (NO), or forget the whole thing and shut down (CANCEL).

  47.         4. Supports multiple instances of itself, each with the
  48.            name of the application entered on the command as the
  49.            icon's caption.
